These are the three Serama chicks, at present they are 1 month. The roo's have found their voices and are already practicing how to defend themselves. They are the cutest lil' guys...XD

Gooooood mornin'! I forgot all about this blog 'til someone kindly reminded me. Been extremely busy. Daughter visiting college (s) , painting , tennis, garden, whoo boy! I have three new members of the farmette family...SERAMA's. Woo hoo! They are the smallest chickens in the world. These wee wonders are docile and sweet. In mid May, we will have fifteen new chicks arriving. These will be Belgian d'Uclles, also a small breed. As a true Bantam, the weight tops 20 - 23 oz.
Flowers are a popping here, and I will post pictures soon. Toodles
